On this episode of the Drop-Tine Report podcast, Shane Mowery discusses how he uses the preorbital glands and tarsal glands from bucks he has harvested in the past to bring mature bucks into his mock scrapes during the early season. This past season he was able to use this hunting method to tag a 300 pound, 7.5 year old Kansas buck. He also talks about how he uses cell-phone trail cameras as a scouting tool so he knows exactly when to hunt his mock scrapes. Click and listen.
