Hotels eat your hunting budget. Tents leave you cold and slow in the morning. A full-size truck camper costs more than the hunt is worth. This is the middle ground hunters have been asking for: warm, light, affordable, and ready to go where you hunt.
When the hunting's good, the last thing you want is a two-hour drive back to a motel. This camper turns your truck into a base camp so you can stay close to the action. Park near your spot the night before, sleep warm, and be in your stand before first light instead of on the road.
It fits hunters who chase public land, run multi-day deer or elk hunts, follow the rut across counties, or just want a dry, warm place to crash between sits. If your truck can get there, your camp can too.
Cold mornings are when the hunting gets serious, and a cold night before one wears you down fast. Our proprietary insulation keeps the inside comfortable when it's down around 20°F outside. Add an optional heater for even colder nights.
The whole camper weighs under 200 pounds. One person can set it up. It won't gut your gas mileage on the long drive, and it won't keep your truck from getting down the two-track to the back forty. Most heavy truck campers can't say any of that.
A full heavy-duty truck camper can run well into five figures. This one runs $3,500 to $4,400, depending on size.
It pays for itself fast when you stop booking motels every season, and it holds its value because it's built in-house, here in Missouri, not slapped together overseas.
For truck beds, chose either the the 48"x 79", 58 "x 89", or 58 "x 79". The 72" x 89" size is specifically for 5' x 8' or larger trailers. All models are built with the same rugged materials and premium craftsmanship.
Download our Truck Compatibility Guide PDF to see options for your specific make and model.
Ideal for midsize trucks similar to the Toyota Tacoma, Ford Ranger, Ford Maverick, Chevrolet Colorado, GMC Canyon, Nissan Frontier, Honda Ridgeline, and Jeep Gladiator.
The 48" x 79" Hunting Camper can also fit in all full-size trucks with the tailgate up. This model requires a raised platform to elevate the camper above your truck’s wheel wells. See our DIY platform instructions.
Ideal for customers who have 6’6” (tailgate off or down) or 6’9” inch bed (tailgate shut) who are looking to keep the camper compact within their bed without overhanging. This is important if you plan to place your camper in your truck bed while hauling a boat or trailer.
This model requires a raised platform to elevate the camper above your truck’s wheel wells. See our DIY platform instructions. If using a Decked Drawer system (or similar system), we recommend this size to limit the amount of overhang over the drawer system.
The 58" x 89" is our biggest seller and gives you a little extra length, perfect for taller hunters or those who want more room to stretch out and store gear.
The 89” length makes it optimal to run on all full-size truck beds, 5x8 trailers, and larger.
This model requires a raised platform to elevate the camper above your truck’s wheel wells. See our DIY platform instructions.

Yes, it's designed with premium insulation to keep hunters warm and dry in various weather conditions. From the middle of winter to the peak of summer, the camper is a great way to stay out of the elements when needed.
Due to its ultralight build (180-190 pounds), it requires only two people to load, unload, and store.
Our hunting camper is intentionally designed as a minimalist basecamp, ready for you to outfit however you like.
Whether you want to mount awnings, solar panels, roof racks, a 12V Camper air conditioner, or a ventilation fan, the Hunting Camper makes it easy to create a setup that fits your hunts.
On the roof, you'll find two raised composite wood areas—ideal mounting points for racks, awnings, or solar equipment. For fan installation, follow the manufacturer’s instructions as you would with any other camper.
For the 48x79, 58x79, and 58x89 models, a raised platform is required to elevate the camper above your truck’s wheel wells. This not only ensures proper fitment but also creates valuable storage space underneath.
Multiple aftermarket drawer systems are compatible with the camper.
Prefer a custom setup? Follow our DIY guide on how to build an efficient and cost-effective platform.
Upgrade your Hunting Camper with a 10,000-BTU 12-volt rooftop air conditioner that delivers true cooling and supplemental heat. Built for off-grid use, it runs directly from your camper’s 12V system and is a great fit for warm, humid hunting days and nights.
Bring comfort to your Hunting Camper with this 11” 12-volt vent fan that circulates fresh air in or pushes stale air out. With twist-dial airflow control, a built-in LED light, bug screen, and easy DIY installation, it keeps your camper cool and comfortable wherever you travel.
